Job Information	Responsibilities: As a UI/UX Designer at IBEE Solutions you will be deeply involved in the Web Design and development process from start to finish and have a creative impact and voice in the design of our applications. UI/UX Designers work with the UI/UX Director, Developers, and the Project Manager to design and implement UI features that drive the visual identity of our applications. You may also work with business intelligence and marketing teams to create UI prototypes and marketing materials. Qualifications and Skills required: 3 – 5 years of experience in UI/UX Excellent graphic design skills: sketching/wireframing/storyboarding abilities on paper/screen Strong understanding of the effective use of color and composition Communicate visually, and to identify and define visual design issues and solutions Understanding of web and interactive design fundamentals (Fold line, CTA, usability, Information architecture) Ability to create icons and logos Expert knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash CS3/CS4, and other relevant art tools 3D Animation and Flash scripting will be an added advantage Good scores in education is a must
